UC = uppercase (26 possibilities)
NUM = numerical digits (10 possibilities)
SC = special characters (common 10 possibilities only)
Each character has 62 possibilities, so the total number of passwords will be 62^8, or 218,340,105,584,896 total passwords. The hacker can try 350 billion of these per second, so he can check all of them in
218,340,105,584,896 /350,000,000,000 = 623.83 seconds, or ~10 minutes 24 seconds, which will guarantee that he guesses your password within this time frame.
